I arrived at the place early and I did not have to wait, they gave me a place immediately. The staff was very clear with the instructions and very friendly and courteous. They offer you anti-noise headphones in case you need them, but the place is quiet and comfortable so I didn't use it. It was a positive experience. Thank you!

Based on previous reviews, I was getting anxious about how the environment would be for my exam at this location, but the staff members were very respectful during the check-in process, exam, and check-out. They even wished me the best of luck.

I tested today at this testing center and dealt with an attitude from the lady who checked me in. I had a 4 hour exam (passed) at this location. When I walked up to the testing center an older lady outside was smoking a cigarette and said “you here for testing?” I said yes. She said “ok be in a minute”. Unprofessional. I checked in, saw the mask policy, and went on to take my exam. The exam room itself was very warm, normally testing centers are cold, so I wore long sleeves and a sweatshirt. My mask was falling below my nose, and I was immediately interrupted by the testing center employee to pull my mask up. I had to take a break in between my exam to use the restroom, my exam did not allow for breaks and my timer was still ticking. I used the restroom quickly and then had to check back in. The lady stated if she saw my mask below my nose one more time she would terminate my test, and kept going on. I stated I understood and that I would like to be checked in now bc my exam time was still counting. After my exam was complete, I checked out. And the same lady who checked me in checked me out AND HAD HER MASK BELOW HER WHOLE FACE. Talk about hypocrisy! What is it about enforcing mask policies makes people feel so powerful? I will never go back to this place.

I did not know what to expect going into the place, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Mt Laurel testing facility was well managed. Both facilitators were professional, welcoming, and kind. The restroom was clean, the testing cubicles were sanitized, and they had water available during breaks. I would not hesitate to take another exam at this location.

Update to below (2nd paragraph) (1st) review: Recently going back to test at this facility, it was a lot better. I did not feel as discriminated against as I did my first few times. I noticed everyone had to sign the citizenship waiver instead of just myself the only POC in the facility again. The woman running the testing was a lot more kind and helpful, though there was a black man in the second room. He was just learning the ropes and she seemed very upset with him and the way he was doing his job. It seemed to be his first day since he mentioned he was still learning the ropes. She kinda just rolled her eyes and mention she’d have to redo everything because he wasn’t doing it right. Other than seeing and hearing that, all went well. My first few visits there 100% felt discriminated against. I was the only POC and I had to sign a citizenship paper, and not one white person had to. The women seemed very rude and not clear with instructions. The second time I already knew what was coming, so it wasn’t as bad. I did have to sign the citizenship paper. The women went over what I was to do when done my test, so more instruction the second time then the first. It’s nice and quiet and they have noise canceling headphones.
