Poor organization and rudeness through out almost the entire process. How is Valerie still employed? Nothing but complaints about her, and I can see why. She's rude and not very bright.
And they have 1 person doing check in... A line of people forming and waiting and no sense of urgency with the staff.
Also, my chair was broken, but by this point I just wanted to finish my test and leave.
This place needs an overhaul of staff from top to bottom.

An organized process on a very busy morning. Perhaps not enough staff to process the unanticipated volume that had been moved to the morning from the afternoon. The staff members, however, were very efficient and calming throughout the entire process, making the slight delays less relevant as we were all given the time and attention we needed.

For a stressful experience (taking my Praxis exam), I was really impressed by the professionalism and service at this testing location. Deborah was especially thorough and fair. Was happy they had weekend availability with such short notice. Thanks for helping me pass!

What a terrible experience!! I paid to be treated like an inmate, Valerie and the staff members are there to make you fail, she is rude and very unprofessional. If you're taking the TOEFL, seek another location, you will 100% fail in this one.
The 5 stars reviews must be the staff members relatives or something! It can't be true!

DO NOT GO HERE. I am not one to complain but I have never been treated with so much disrespect in a professional environment in my life. Right from the start they were unprepared and disorganized, making 30+ exam takers over an hour late for their exams. The staff, in particular Valerie, was sarcastic, rude, impatient, and disrespectful. She did not once give instructions on how to enter or exit the room and would make sarcastic comments at you for not following the protocol, which she never explained in the first place. I saw the staff literally yelling at other students for not standing in line in the right place when they were never told what to do. This is supposed to be a quiet place and I could hear the staff harassing exam takers through the walls and through my noise cancelling headphones. I paid over $600 for this exam and it is one of the most important days in my career. To be treated so disrespectfully on such an important day is entirely unacceptable. I implore you to read the other reviews on google at this site and you will see that this type of behavior has been happening here for over a year. I am utterly shocked that Valerie and her coworker, whose name I don't know, have not been fired for their aggressive and unprofessional behavior.
