The staffs are very nice. I took my usmle step1 exam on 27May2022, the front desk on the first floor let me in around 7:15. It is organized inside as well. The only problem was the AC was not working well…. So it was sort of hot inside. But I passed my exam anyway?.

Horrible experience one can have. I had Toefl exam there today at 8 am. But building was shut down due to power outage. We could not sit for the test. They did not even bother to inform us about test cancellation. I wasted 100 bucks for transportation (Uber) and food today because of their mismanagement. My full day was wasted. I am planning to sue them.

Very clean and friendly staff. I went here to take a test and I was at first overwhelmed due to the security cameras and the metal detector but the exam rooms are quiet and a great place to take a test. You have your cubicle which provides for adequate privacy. The staff are also available when to you need with your supplies or a computer malfunction. They also provide lockers and a key for you to put your belongings in. Wonderful place, highly recommended for those looking for a good test center.

Great experience today! Everybody was super nice (extremely extremely nice) and made the whole test taking process so much better. Yes there are standard protocols for rolling up your sleeves, showing the camera your pockets, flipping your mask inside out, etc every time you leave the test room. Only thing is the check in line was super long at 8am and processing took a very long time.

Overall I had a good experience here, Staff were decent, polite & helpful. All you need to do is to follow the procedure. The only problem you may have is that there may be a lot of test takers, so you should get there early. (they have to check them in one by one) the building opens at 8am. consider that if you reach there late you also have to wait for the elevator. More to say : 1. There were different rooms for different kinds of exams, the room I took my test was quiet so I didn't need to use earplugs. 2. The temperature was not cold so in my first break I put my zip up hoodie in the locker, my sweatshirt was more than enough for me. It is subjective but believe scrubs would be cold. ( If you are going to have your step exam here, you are better to bring one extra layer ). 3. The lockers size was not huge, but big enough for my stuff: a backpack and a jacket. Lockers had padlocks & were located in the hallway between entrance and the testing rooms. 4. The Prometric is at 34th floor so If you are going to have a 8hrs long exam, you are better to bring your food and a bottle of water with you.
