Very clean testing center, and they provide small lockers where you can fit your purse with a key. There's a person sitting at a desk right in front of all the lockers so they can see everything that goes on and I did not have anything stolen from my bag despite one of the reviewers saying this.
They also give you noise cancelling headphones, 2 pencils, and some scrap paper (which I did not need to use.) You're allowed to wear a mask if you would like, but you cannot take it off during the exam. The chair was okay with adjustable height, the computer had a dark mode option which was nice and despite everyone saying it was going to be freezing, the temperature of the room felt ok to me - however I also had a hoodie on over my tshirt.
My complaints are that
1) They allow people to wear masks but there's no mask rule so I was in a room full of coughing people who had no masks on. Ew.
2) The noise cancelling headphones were extremely uncomfortable and crushed my head because they had no way to adjust the band so they were way too large for my head and basically clamped themselves to my skull.
3) Unfortunately I had to just deal with this discomfort due to the fact that my desk was right next to the door (about 1.5 meters away) so there was constant noise from people coming & going out for breaks and talking outside with the monitor person...in addition to of course all the coughing and throat clearing by the guy right next to me. ?
So overall an okay testing center, but beware there's quite a lot of distractions depending where your desk is. The ladies at the center were all very polite and nice and handled all the clothing checks quickly. They were also super great by calling me early that day informing me I could come in and take my exam 3 hours earlier than I had initially scheduled!
