Clean office, quite small but i was not distracted by the typing sounds, polite staff (especially the receptionist ?), the temperature was good (I felt comfortable tho wore a short sleeve shirt. Would recommend

If you want to know what prison feels like, just come here to take your test. The officious staff treats you like garbage and then acts like you're being unreasonable for being stressed out because you're about to take an exam that determines the trajectory of your professional future.

After reading some of the reviews here before visiting this place I expected to encounter a bunch of nasty people, so I mentally prepared for war.
However, when I arrived there I immediately noticed that there's nothing to worry about. Everybody was nice. The rules are strict and they are there to enforce them, but nothing else. The experience was exactly what I would expect from a place like this.

With few exceptions (who deserve major praise for their professionalism), most of the staff here were incredibly disrespectful. I could not believe the way some of the staff were talking to people, including myself. They were belittling and sarcastic. Truly disgusting treatment. Will never test at this location again. Test elsewhere if you want to be treated with dignity.

DO NOT TEST HERE! Most of the staff is beyond rude and give you such a hard time when all you care about is taking your exam and passing the test. I understand that when taking the GRE, like I did there, people cheat so you must do your due diligence on making sure that doesn't happen. But WOW! The staff here is seriously on a power trip. If you aren't in the mood to be hassled like you are trying to smuggle drugs across the border, then don't test here. Lilly was rude and condescending. (She was the only staff that had a name tag on, or else I would list their names too.) The woman at the front was beyond rude and didn't explain anything to me. She was in a rush to clock out. The woman with the bad wig and cheap looking clothes that sat by the metal detector barked orders at me like I was an animal in training. BUT you can't say anything in your defense as they reserve the right to determine what is "misconduct", and then they can kick you out, cancel your test, as well as your scores.
Find somewhere else to test!
