The staff here were incredibly kind and efficient. They had me in and out of the testing room for my breaks incredibly fast compared to other testing centers. Not sure why the reviews are so bad, I had a great experience here.

Much needed facility (better then Raleigh). Not sure why the negative reviews, but since they are older they may be from a different location? Took a chance after multiple sessions in the Raleigh center and it paid off. Nice, modern, basic testing center as expected. People were courteous, professional & thorough. Chairs, testing booths and facilities were all in solid shape. Masks, social distancing & protocols as they need to be in 2020. Overall, felt surprisingly at ease for a major exam.

I took the CFP Exam at Prometric in Wilmington and I was so relieved to find the staff to be warm and friendly. They were courteous and professional when they took me through what felt like a TSA-level check-in process. They were like a pit crew when I had to take a break to use the restroom as my test timer kept going — they scanned me in and out as fast as possible. They created a calm presence admidst the dense test anxiety in the building. Thanks to Terry and Barbara who were on duty during my exam! You were wonderful. Tip: If you’re concerned about noise, be sure to bring soft ear plugs. The plugs are allowed in the test room and they helped me focus despite people going in and out for different testing schedules.

Thought this Center was fine when I took the GRE. However, compared to my experience at a Charlotte testing Center I now know that they have a lot of room to grow. I spent a good percent of my allotted break for the exam waiting in a line of people to be wanded and signed out/in. I understand the security but if all the tests start at the same time then it results in a long line making it impossible to get a snack or pee in the very short break! It's also a bit difficult to find, a bigger sign couldn't hurt. However, they did answer the phone about half an hour before they opened so I was able to confirm I was at the right place. That was appreciated.

So frustrated. I paid to take an exam at this location 7/29/21. Received an email 2 days before confirming my appointment. I took off work to complete this. When I got to this location the testing center was closed. Other people were there to take exams and just as confused as I was. No one notified us in any way. Very unprofessional.
