If I could give them no stars I would. Today was payday for the workers in my section and guess what PEARSON did. Pearson sent my check to a address I haven’t lived at in 5 years in another state.
YES I updated all my information and I get a email at 4:48pm (mind you their office closes at 5pm). I work another job until 5pm.
This morning I called early and I could not speak to anyone in HR because their lines were busy. I called back during a break and the lady said I have to put a stop payment on the check and then they will re-issue it.
Why should I put a STOP PAYMENT ON A CHECK THAT YOU ALL ISSUED OUT.
IF I WORKED IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA WHY WOULD YOU SEND A CHECK TO HOUSTON, TEXAS?????
