Flakes. They have now cancelled my test two Saturdays in a row. If you don't have the staff don't allow people to schedule on those days. Quit wasting people's time and money.

The people working here are so kind and encouraging. I took 2 cpa exams here and had a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience testing here! Dan and Beverly were both very kind and actively made my experience less stressful. I have been to a Prometric center where that is not the case! The testing room was bit warm but otherwise highly recommend!

This place is a joke. Received confirmation of my test appointment 3 days prior… showed up day of and no one was there. No one answered the phone number for the Asheville location contact #, and the customer service for the Prometric company said they were given no prior notice that this facility was not going to be open today. Employees of other businesses in the complex stated this has happened multiple times. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TESTS HERE. Thankfully customer service was able to get the test rescheduled within 5 days.

The proctor lady was beyond rude. No covid signs were posted and I'm fully vaccinated. The CDC guidelines no longer call for indoor masks for vaccinated people to wearasks inside. Yet she berrated me because I came to the center without one. A sim ple statement saying a mask is required would have been enough but she scolded me. Also the testing room was hot and musky. With my glasses and mask on my glasses fogged with every breath making it hard to read the screen. Worst testing experience ever. That lady sucked. The guy was nice though.
