I never write reviews but I think these people need the recognition. This test center is very quiet, consistent temperature (felt like 72 the whole time, I am very sensitive to cold and was comfortable there) and the staff were very friendly and straightforward. I lost my necklace in the cracks between one of the lockers and they ensured it was returned to me the next day (I had a two-day long exam). The Raleigh prometrics center is notorious for being loud and I was advised to go to Greensboro and I believe that was the right choice!

Everything is just off.lackof knowledge about expected testing regulations. Nose cancellation headphones doesn’t work. Annoying walking around monitoring and standing over your shoulder

Lots of available testing dates and times to choose from. A reminder call the day before was a nice touch. I was given a block of 15 minutes to arrive and it was first come, first served from that point on. Although the search, metal detector, and fingerprinting were awkward, it was quick. The testing room was comfortable and quiet. Noise-reducing ear muffs were provided, but small ear plugs were allowed if you brought your own. Staff at the facility were nice and professional.

Velma, David, and the staff at Prometric Greensboro are top-notch. Their professionalism and attention to detail is thorough and consistent. I have completed 3 regulatory exams at this facility, and taken 2 at 2 other facilities. My experiences at the other locations weren't as positive as the ones in Greensboro. Regulatory exams are tough enough on their own. I appreciate what the Greensboro team does to keep this smooth!

Testing is always a nerve racking experience but the employees at Thomson prometric made it as smooth as possible! I received an informative courtesy call the day prior to my testing date explaining all the policies and they answered all my last minute questions. On the day of testing everyone was extremely kind and calming which lessened my test anxiety and made the experience a bit more tolerable!
