Cancelled my CPA test the night before because it snowed. Most of the town was open but, of course, not the testing center. Then, they wouldn't let me reschedule it until 3 weeks later. All 4 CPA tests have to be completed in a certain amount of time, so extremely frustrating when they can just cancel tests and don't give you additional time options. Also, called the 800 Prometric line and she was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The negativity of the one worker there was almost unbearable. I drove 3 hours to take this test, no where did it say in any email that masks were required or I would have brought one obviously. She was extremely disrespectful to me when I asked if they had a mask and continued when I asked about my glucose monitor being with me. She initially said of course then realized it wasn’t something attached to my body. By time I got checked in and started my test my I was so flustered and my glucose rose almost 100 points in the 10 minutes it took to get checked in. I will not be returning to this testing site for any further testing.

If I could put negative stars I would. I was very upset with the way a cancelled test was handled. I wasn't informed the test center would be closed when all I had to receive was a call or email from an employee. Instead I drove 2 hours to take the test, only to find out the center was closed for bad weather. There was literally 5 of us taking the test that day and all they had to do was shoot me an email and I wouldn't have wasted my day. There was no contact information to get a hold of anyone the day of and of course nobody worked on a Saturday. I also didn't receive money for the mileage to and from the test as well. Prometric as a whole is a terrible company that has a monopoly on the testing industry in this country. It is a joke and it is sad they make so much money when they care so little about their customers. This testing center showed me their lack of empathy as well by not bothering to notify test takers when they just weren't going to show up!!!!

Took some ASE tests, had a good experience, the ladies running the place have great senses of humor, and made the check-in process go smoothly and entertaining. Only downside is the fans/ventilation was down that afternoon, so the testing room was very warm and muggy, which made it a little hard to concentrate while testing, but overall a pleasant experience, as far as testing goes.

A little hard to find right away, I think some signage on the outside of the building would help with that. Other than that it was great! Doreen and Nancy are wonderful gals, and are very helpful! The center was clean and cleaned after each person left the testing room.
