Testing conditions matter.
This company requires everyone taking a test to wear a mask. Regardless of what anyone thinks about masks this does affect the test results. I took a very tight timed test and wearing a mask was not only distracting but caused my glasses to fog and therefore for me to wait until the cleared before reading the next question. This undoubtedly caused me to be able to answer fewer questions than I other wise could have in the allotted time. When I brought up this issue, they were quite rude with me.
Please note that I took this test well after every other business stopped requiring masks and had I known that they still did I would have chosen to wait, however I was not allowed to postpone the test or get a refund. If they didn't feel they could safely conduct the test under the same circumstances everyone previously took the same test under they should have waited until they could to test people, or at least disclose the conditions to customers in advance.
I personally took the test simply out of curiosity to see if I could pass it, and I did, so this didn't affect my results. I am writing this review so that others thinking of using this company for testing are aware that this is a company that is willing to compromise the integrity of the tests they administer.

Prometric center closed on testing day. No warning, no email, no call. Customer service call center no answer for 30 min+….

Over all, it was great. The staffs were amazing, very profesionals, a complete combo. I could hear people moving on the other side of the test center, but this is Fargo type of construction issues!

They’re literally closed and none of us testing today received any word about it. Some of us drove multiple hours, I stayed in a hotel. Absolutely horrendous service.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every representative that I’ve spoken with has been rude and provided no help what so ever. I have never been so frustrated before!
