Staff were professional and kind. Test started on time. The test center is fine but the actual building it's located in needs some updating and general maintenance. The women's restroom was pretty trashed and there was actual human waste on the toilet as opposed to in the toilet where it belongs. The floor also creaks a lot in the actual testing room itself, so if you're prone to distraction that might be rough on a busy day.

Usually just okay, never usually start my exam on time here but it's close to home. They closed the testing center without notifying any candidates - causing a headache for many. Not the best place, but it doesn't seem like they care either so justly rated.

I visited this place for an exam....
The people are there very very respected and helpful and relived the stress seriously.
Very organized place, calm and relaxing.
There is a suffecient parking in the area.
Wish everyone will pass..

Severely understaffed and old and run down. You are required to take tests, but you don't have to take them in these conditions. There's another in a nice office building up the road. Do your best to go there instead

The reservation for the test was screwed up. The site manager went out of his way to correct the issue. In fact he got it corrected and I was able to take the need test today. Hats off to James and his staff for making a bad day better. Site 1420 has a great staff.
