My test was scheduled for 8am, but I was not able to begin testing til 9:15am. I did still get my allowed testing time. Very large crowd had tests starting at 8am. Not enough employees to process us swiftly. Group size waiting did not make it easy for to hear them call my name. Use bathroom in lobby/hallway before coming in. Your security process nearly starts over again when you leave for the bathroom. The space was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and professional. There are keyed lockers for your belongings.

FAR too many people scheduled for tests right at 8am. Do NOT schedule a test at 8am.
Unclear directions leads to confusion in the waiting room and undue stress.

Unclear directions leads to confusion in the waiting room, front desk is unnecessarily aggressive and rude. Test timing was extremely late. Front desk person complained of a scratchy throat and headache..... Was not wearing a mask....

Standardized testing is never going to be a pleasant experience, but this place is amazing as a test center. Everyone was very friendly when I called to ask questions and when I actually went for the exam. They have cubicles, excellent quality noise-canceling headphones, and good computer equipment. The staff went out of their way to help me, and actually cared about my comfort and ability to concentrate. I was not expecting that from a standardized testing facility. If you have to do it, do it here.

Nobody answers the phone. Ive called 10 times to confirm my ID will work for my exam tomorrow. I just need to know if I will be able to test or not. It is 2:41 PM and well within business hours so this is not acceptable/
