Staff are great and friendly at checkin and checkout! The testing center is a very quiet place for testing ! Spacious eating area allowing you to wait without any problem at all! They had me test 45 minutes earlier than scheduled which was great as far as flexibility is concerned!

I recently got married an my id is changed over as is my work Id and social security card and RN license. However none of these forms of ID are good only a credit card which has not switched for me yet. That’s fine, I get it, stupid that I can’t use a social but I get. However I over heard one of the staff members laughing and saying she claims she got married, in a very rude manor. Extremely rude. For this reason I will never test at this center again, be ware the front desk lady is very rude and accusative.

I've taken multiple exams here and have never had a bad experience. I once showed up with an expired ID and they let me go home to get my passport and I was still able to take the exam

Prometric is cancelling Step 1 and Step 2 medical students exams but letting other career fields take exams such CPA’s. Future doctors or future accountants. Makes sense to me how about you? Prometric had the market on these exams and it’s BS. Pandemic happening and future doctors are put on hold to take their exams. I would give this place a zero if it was an option.
