Horrible, unprofessional place. Did not call me to cancel or reschedule my CPA test. Just showed up to locked doors. A whole parking lot full of people besides me. Then waited over an hour to be told closed. Then JOEL called me to chuckle at my phone message. I spent six months studying and hundreds of dollars to take. Set up in June. Ridiculous. Still can't reschedule because my notice ran out two days later and now I am fighting with NASBA for an extension due to PROMETRIC. Do not put your professional career in the hands of these people and if you do, call the day before and make sure they will be OPEN.

Not too crowded but everyone had to go through security measures. No jewelry allowed. Must wear a mask the entire time there. Arrive 15-20 minutes early. Plentiful parking.

Recently I had exam( USMLE), whenever I called them, they picked up phone though it is a rare picture in COVID period. I also appreciate their management.
