I went there to take an 8-hrs long exam. Both Shannon and Chelsea were very thorough and polite. Every time I took a break, they were nice enough to always check me as quick as they could, since my breaks were literally like 5 mins each one.
I think the facility is very organized and clean. The bathroom is inside after you checked in. The lockers are very small, so if you have a long exam like me, make sure to bring a small bag, otherwise, would not fit. They have a small dining area, it has a sink and a microwave (not sure if you can use it to reheat your food, I didn’t use it, but it’s there).
I thought the testing area was comfortable enough. They have adjustable chairs, before your exam starts, Chelsea or Shannon will escort you to your seat and explain how the headphones work and how to adjust the chair if needed. I found the others test takers very respectful, I didn’t hear disturbing noises or interruptions.

This Prometric centre is very unprofessional. There is one lady who wears glasses and she was very rude. She started yelling at me in the break without realizing I had half part of the exam left. I was disturbed and other lady comforted me. I had to travel 2 hours to this place and spend a lot of money on the exam and this happened and I couldn’t do the exam as expected. Very bad experience. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The customer service is terrible. They canceled my exam and their phone number doesn't let you speak to a staff member.
