Front desk staff was nice but the staff inside came out and acted rudely. Her way of speaking was rude and behaved to us like we were kid. It is not easy to get hold of their phone. The test center is supposed to be quiet but the two staffs inside were chattering all time.

This place is far from a well oiled machine. Once I had to wait an hour for them to reload some tests I was scheduled for. Then the computer I was testing at had problems. On another occasion I had a test scheduled on a Saturday at 8am and waited an hour outside the building before the maintenance man came out and said they won’t be here today there is no water to the building! Myself and another person scheduled at the same time were not notified of this cancellation. If you have another option to test somewhere else I would give them a try. If this place is your only option then good luck my friend!!?

Staff was really nice, especially on a day when I was super stressed taking an exam. Also very clean & sanitized!

I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The process of checking in and taking the test was quick and easy Highly impressed.

Excellent place to take a test. I do my ASE testing here. The staff are friendly and helpful.
