The testing center has been been renovated. there’s now one bathroom per gender. Unfortunately it’s only one toilet in The men’s room, but there’s a bathroom in the main lobby so you can just go down there during your break. The building is absolutely beautiful. There’s a deli downstairs you can grab quick sandwich.
Now for the testing center, very typical testing center nothing out of the ordinary. What’s most important is I got in and out with no issues.
I unfortunately got a computer right next to the wall and window next to all the employees, so I can hear them giggle and talk to each other. I called over the staff and told them my issue and they took care of it, they were quite for the rest of my exam. I really appreciate that. They weren’t loud or rude it was just that the walls are so thin I can hear them. ( I understand that it was just normal employee chitchat, and it happens in any job. But we are here to take really high stakes exams, our career depends on this exam) But I respect that the issue was resolved once I brought it up. I recommend taking your exam here.

The staff at this testing center could not have been more welcoming and pleasant. I took my teen son for a three hour test that he was super nervous about. The staff was friendly and professional with us as they were with many other people that were taking various tests that day. This goes a long way when you are nervous about an important test. The test center itself was clean and quiet and bathrooms were close by. I would not hesitate to use this site again.

I took the USMLE Step 1 here (8 hour exam in total). I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were kind and professional. Signing in and out of the exam room was quick. The bathrooms were not hard to find with the (new?) signage. They have some larger lockers that fit a backpack, lock is a key that you keep with you. Break room has a microwave and fridge. There is only one bathroom per gender (no gender neutral) but I waited a maximum of 2 mins just once (I took a bathroom break every hour).
Take the red elevators up a level to find it. There will be signs to prometric testing once you exit the elevators.
For anyone who was freaking out the day before test day like I was, relax. At least about the testing site. It won't be a problem.

What is all this baby cry about??
Yes bathrooms are a bit tricky to find, but that's the only issue I had. Considering the availability of this location for any exam, it is worth scheduling your exam at this office.

Went in there, followed the proctor's instructions, and took my test. Super simple and I had no issues.
