Super friendly staff, I’ve been to a number of prometric centers in my life and these folks are by far the kindest and most efficient!
One thing to note is there is not a microwave on site. Lockers are spacious. Bathrooms easy to get to.
Another thing to be aware of is that when you get there the doors are locked in the morning, you have to call the number that is posted on the door and they immediately will buzz you into the building.

Me and 10 other test takers waited out in the rain for hours waiting to be let in to test. One of which called the center the day before. No one ever called us to cancel or let us know it was canceled. People took off work, drive hours and wasted time and money. It’s a joke. And keep in mind this test today was a rescheduled test from another center last month that canceled with no knowledge! You people steal money from people and have little care for any of your customers. This is disgusting .

I scheduled to take my test here two months prior to the test date, yet the proctor was not there when I arrived on my testing date. I waited outside the locked doors for over 30 minutes until the mailman finally opened the door to deliver mail to a different business within the building.
All of this just to wait outside the Prometric office for an hour with 15 other people and no one shows up to let us in. After calling anyone we possibly could, someone eventually found out that the proctor was sick and not coming in that day. Prometric did not even have the decency to send us an email or call us.
I am disappointed in how incompetent of a testing service this is, and even more disappointed that the Society of Actuaries would have me take an important certification exam at such an incompetent place.
If you can avoid taking a test here, take it somewhere else. They should not be in business.

I had an amazing experience at this testing center! The people working there are extremely nice and do a great job. I would recommend this center to anyone in the area.

Great USMLE testing experience here, place was clean, quiet, and the employees super nice, shoutout to Sheri and Doug!
