I went today to take a test for a job. Everything was very professional and clean. Both front desk people were so nice, helpful and friendly. They are a little over the top. I had to unzip my boots and pull up my pants to uncover my legs. Inspected my glasses for a camera. My guess is they have a good reason for doing all that. Overall good experience!

I've been going here since 2014. Taking tests here at least 8 times. Always terrible customer service. The staff is always consistent in how they treat people, worst manners, least considerate. It's obvious they hate their job. Make you feel like your bothering them every time I've been there. I wish there was another place that had Saturday hours but there isn't. Grin and bear it, no options.

I had a great time taking my exam at this Prometric site! The staff, including Brent, Lori, and Abbie were wonderful about trying to get everyone in/ out for breaks efficiently. I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Brent for helping ease my worries with exam scheduling -- he went above and beyond, for which I am so grateful. Everyone is so friendly and made taking the exam much more enjoyable! Thank you!

I took my USMLE step 1 test here and found the staff at the Harrisburg Prometric Center extremely friendly and helpful. There was very minimal noise and distractions. The initial check in took a while, but after that the sign in and sign outs during my breaks were very fast. I would be glad to come here again!

Awful testing site.I gave the exam and computer went off half way through.i posted a detailed review and it was removed.Worst experience of my life.Please dont use this testing location.I wasted 1300 dollars scheduling and resechedulung exams.Totally unprofessional staff.Dont know what to do when computer breaks down or software glitch happens.I was not able to complete the exam.They recorded the request.Nothing happened.I was not given another exam date.old computers.I gave 2 exams in new york prometric center and it was amazing experience.Bit it had no dates so i went to harrisburg.Worst decision of my life.Beware.
