The employees are the most kind person in the building. The made the experience of taking the CPA exam more confortable.

The place is fairly quiet but it needs maintenance and/or renovations done. Their equipment is faulty, causing unnecessary stress and delays to what is supposed to be standard procedures. Staff was friendly at least so it didn't bother me as much, but still: get your act together.

Cancelled an exam the day before and then changed exam date and location to another state. Forcing people to pay boarding passes, hotel, food, transportation, etc.

The place is quiet though sometimes some airplanes can be heard. Staff can be fairly noisy at times.

It is not very easy to locate. It is a super quiet place. I think if the person is going to take an exam and has a lot of stress. The treatment towards the client must be calm so as not to increase the stress that they already have about the exam they are going to take.
