AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Constant system issues and last minute cancellations. Had two exams canceled within one week. Waited two hours there for the first cancellation and then rescheduled just to get an email the night before saying the exam had once again been cancelled

I received a notification of exam date change 9:00 pm the evening before a 9am test the next day. Was not aware til I arrived to test site 35 mins from my home. Technical support there for Prometric informed me they have had 'technical problems' for four days. I was not even given a phone call. Poor management and poorer site maintenance. I hope to give a different review after my test date.

Testing is annoying and it's a drag. The staff at this site are always kind, polite, and organized. I do wish they opened a bit earlier. If you have a 9am test there's not a lot of time to get everyone seated. Otherwise, for what it is, this site is good. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to inhale a red bull before I face down the series 10. God help me!

If you have an option don't got to this Prometrics Office. I had to reschedule due to a snow storm and it was like pulling teeth. You would think that they would have steps to accommodate people who missed their appointment due to snow, well.... they don't. I was treated like i was a bother, the staff is rude, and nobody did anything to help me find a spot. Will never go to this place again.

Let's face it, testing sucks. I didn't find this site too bad though. Everything went off without a hitch and the staff there were kind and made the day a little more bearable. Testing temperature was good, proctoring was unintrusive. It's walking distance to a commuter rail T stop but the trains only run on weekdays
