The employees were extremely friendly and even during very busy hours were able to maintain a steady flow though their procedures and upheld a distraction free testing environment. The only thing I can think of is to have maybe a separate room established for verbal tests, but I don't even know if that would be possible.

I took the GRE here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff made the process very easy and stress free which is very important before a test.

I only sat outside while my wife went in for a test but she said it was very professional in there, recommend sitting outside while your SO sits a test anytime. Plenty of squirrels to look at.
