I couldn’t take my license exam because their system was down. I booked a hotel and took time off work that I will not be compensated for because of a failure on THEIR end. they have caused so much damage to me and my future. DO NOT take your exams here unless you want a headache.

Prometrics is a great place to take certification exams. I've taken all of my ASE exams there. The people are friendly, thorough, and professional. Very clean and sanitary facility. They follow all of the protocols and run everything efficiently. Never had a problem and always treated with respect. They print out your results and certify them.

I took my USMLE 9 hours x2days exam at this location and I had a very pleasant experience. Standard testing can be stressful at times and the environment you take it does matter. The staff at this location were friendly, accommodating, and time conscious when it came to signing you in and out during break periods. Highly recommend.

The people/employees are kind, but testing center is not a quiet area to have important exams. They may need to relocated and see best conditions to make testing situations better...
All the doors were kept wide open today while testing. A garbage truck and construction was going on right outside the back door of the testing room during the test. People were seated and given directions in the testing room, while other people were trying to take the test in the same room.
God is good.

I had to take four tests at Prometric (the Science, Math, Social Studies, and Reading Praxis content tests). The staff at Prometric is the best! Everyone was so nice and calming. I have taken tests at other testing centers and none compare to Prometric. You can take the test in your own cubicle free of distractions. They offer you noise canceling headphones or ear plugs as well. I did not use them because the room was pretty quiet anyways. I am a nervous test taker and the staff calmed my nerves with their friendly attitudes and kind remarks. I will continue to take all my college required tests at Prometric!
