This place is SO MUCH NICER than it used to be! They moved closer to Hamilton Place Mall in a much nicer, cleaner facility. It's now RIGHT OFF I-75 at the Bonny Oaks exit. The new staff is very friendly. BTW, don't go to Sylvan any more. Prometric is four doors down to the left of Sylvan now. Sign has not been updated as of 4/5/19...still says "Exit Realty", but it's Prometric.

Convenient place for testing. Mask still mandated, but that's no big deal. Friendly and professional staff. I was comfortable, but less fluffy folks might want to dress warm.

It’s June of 2021 and they require mask to enter but do not provide masks if you don’t have one. I am lucky I had a buff in my truck, which prevents nothing. They would not have let me take it otherwise. I will be taking my second test at a different testing location.

I scheduled my test at 9am and was able to begin as soon as I showed up at 8am. The test center was quite, clean, and fairly cool (They have a sign that says the test room is kept between 70 - 74 degrees. Both of the employees I met today were friendly and polite. When I have to go again in the future, I will definitely register here!
Edit: I have now tested hear twice and still highly recommend testing here!

The staff especially the lady who gives you direction and rules of test taking is as rude as they get. There is no customer service no empathy to help. Its like you are bothering her and you are taking her time. I paid just like any other test taker in that building and it would be nice to be treated like a human being especially when you are about to test. You do not need the anxiety on top of the thought of having to take the exam.
