I rarely ever leave reviews, but I have tried to call this location and the number is disconnected. I have attempted to call the corporate customer service and was on hold till it was disconnected. So I have tried to speak to someone at this center and company before posting a review.
I went this morning to get my husbands coat which he left after he took his test. He attempted to call to tell them I would pick it up, but no one to answer. When I got to the center I came in and no one was present. I waited about 5 min and no one came out. I saw my husbands coat hanging up on a hanger. I went to check to ensure it was his coat. And I could have left and no one would have noticed. But doing the right thing I went to go try to find someone to inform them I was picking it up. Some lady came out and I told her my story. She then looked at me and said she couldn't let me take his coat, he needed to come in with his ID. I told her I drove 40 min to come pick this up and she immediately escorted me out of the building. She cut me off and wouldn't even speak to me further. I would have gladly showed her my id. But she basically kicked me out. It was a horrible way to handle a simple task. I feel so bad for anyone who has to take a test there if they treat anyone the way I got treated. Hoping they realize a little kindness is easier than simply kicking someone out. Hope they see my review and improve their customer service.

Every person was so polite, encouraging, and professional. I walked in and was so nervous but was calmed by the friendly and helpful attitudes. I passed my test!!

Took the first section of Uniform CPA Exam here today. The people here are human and do their best to put you at ease. Will definitely be back.

All of the staff were incredibly kind and patient! I was especially impressed by Shanice and Parker's enthusiasm. They made a very long testing day much more enjoyable with their amazing attitudes. I plan to use this testing center every time!

This place is a major disappointment. Nashville is expecting bad weather and has been for a while. I called Saturday to ask procedure when bad weather is forecast because my wife had a major exam to take. The young lady told me, "As long as I've been here, we've never closed for weather. But, if we do she'll get an email." So I reserved the closest hotel to the testing center for Sunday night...so Monday would be an easier drive. Sunday, we couldn't get there because of ice and it was non-refundable. I grabbed another hotel on a more level street. Woke up and she refreshed her email until 8. The test was scheduled for 9. We arrived at 8:15 and no employees were there. Five people were outside the door, one had an 8:30 exam. He called and got a voicemail saying they were closed on Monday Feb 15 and people would get an email within 24 hours. That backwards. And, if we would have tried to reschedule on Saturday because of inclement weather, we would been charged a fee. I'm out of two hotel rooms along with the mental health of driving Sunday night and Monday morning putting ourselves and others at risk.
