It is a good test center. The employees are friendly and the place is clean. I had my OET scheduled at noon but they let me start my test at 11:20 am
I just don’t give 5 stars because it is a big test center with many test takers and some of them make too much noise.

Easy to find and fast to get in to take exam. Took the TNAE here today. Scheduled exam at 12:30pm. Arrived at 11:40am and instantly recieved my key to the locker and was taken back for security check point, where they ask you to pull your sleeves up and show ankles, and turn pockets inside out. Afterwards, I sat with the guy who looked at my ID's and assigned me a computer. No issues within the facility, staff or computer usage. Mask is not required, however, if you check in with a mask, it must stay on duration of exam. Quiet and distraction free.

I liked taking my exam at this place. Clean, quiet, no masks needed, great friendly staff. Free parking. No delays or long lines. Calm and cozy. What else do you need????

No mask requirement. Show up 30-60 minutes early. Comfortable, clean, and professional testing experience. I did NOT have to wait outside like other Google reviewers have.

I’ve been here about 5 times in the past year for various tests. I’ve seen large crowds here but we were always allowed to wait inside. Now they make you wait outside in the heat and only bring 5 in at a time. Seems a bit extreme considering we are in Texas and it’s the middle of summer. You’re shaded but that doesn’t stop the sweat from dripping down before you get in. Great way to mentally prepare.
