Would not recommend testing here. The workers interrupted me multiple times during my boards exam for inappropriate reasons. They also threw out my authorized earplugs from the desk they instructed me to leave them on midway through the exam. They take a long time getting you in and out of the computer area and it wastes test time. They also scolded me at the end for erasing something on my dry erase board (isn’t that why it’s dry erase…?). Lastly, the place wasn’t super well-kept and had no water available. Again, just go somewhere else.

Went here today and didn’t have any issues. I arrived 30 minutes early. The wait was no more than 5 minutes. It was crowded, but the guy at the front was able to check people in quick. I was able to start early. The staff were friendly, thorough, and helpful in answering my questions and ensuring that I was comfortable. The room was chilly but I had a jacket. Honestly, the coolness kept me awake for the three hour test. The bathroom was no worse than any restaurant bathroom. It wasn’t dirty. The testing center was no worse than others that I have been to on two other occasions, the site is just old, no big deal. The only issue I had was the student who was coughing during her entire test. She had a nasty wet cough and in my opinion should have been rescheduled. It was concerning and distracting to say the least. They do give noise cancelling headphones, which cancelled out most of the other students’ distracting moans and groans, but they didn’t block out her bark. ?

The staff here were courteous, efficient, and made the testing experience as stress free as possible. Checking in was easy and the testing room was quiet and clean. Nothing but good things to say about this facility! Would recommend.

Word of advice: if they call you the night before your test and tell you that you can start early if you show up early, DO NOT DO IT! Obviously, show up with plenty of time before your test, but you’ll have to wait for people who test earlier than you to be checked in first, even if you get there before them. Otherwise, I had no issues with this testing center. It was decently quiet, clean enough, gets the job done.

The staff was polite, professional, and had everything ready for me ahead of time. I showed up 30 minutes early and didn't have to wait at all before starting my exam. The room that I took the exam in was dead quiet and free of distractions.
