Very nice office and very quiet. A staff called me about 3 hours before exam to remind me to be here at least 30 minutes before exam. He also mentioned that they had a few spots available. So I wouldn’t have to wait and be able to take the exam right away if I came earlier. I think the building is quite cold and I’m a person who gets cold easily, so remember to bring jacket/sweater with you even if you take exam in summer. I just took the first section of my exam. So I will definitely come back here for the rest 3 sections of my exam.

Nice spot. Located on the second floor with ample visitor parking. Friendly, courteous staff and restroom/ water fountain next door. No lunch room for exam takers so you'll have to eat in the waiting room or standing by your locker. STEP takers are permitted to eat in their cars but it takes way too long to make the trip down and back. Please remember your CIN number from your examination slip (received before you schedule the exam and get the schedule confirmation slip) as its needed to log on. I asked the staff if I should get mine and they said not needed initially, however later on it came to be that it was required and I had to run back to the lockers and look it up on my phone. It's a small area so no need to panic about getting lost.

My exam was scheduled for 12 pm, I came to the venue at 11: 30 am but I started my exam by 1:15 pm or thereabout..... which was utterly ridiculous. It's not well organized. My experience was literally horrible. Thank God I excellently Passed my Exam.

Worst Testing Center in the World No one Showed up on the Exam day except the students. No Information was shared with all Students. We waited for about 2 hours on Saturday. On top of that the Prometric and ETS Customer Service is Closed on Saturdays. Ridiculous. It Do not deserve 1 star as well.

Well first of all I went today, the front of the building was locked so you would have to go to the back, maybe because it was Saturday. It's on the second floor. I do agree it is a bit noisy and the administrators are kind of hovering over you a bit, which is weird and makes me think I'm doing something wrong? But overall they were really nice, they answered questions. It is a bit cold, so wearing a long sleeved shirt is a good idea.

I took a four hour exam at this location about two weeks ago and I won't ever test there again. If you are someone who gets easily distracted by noise etc., then the testing environment is not ideal for you. I had an extremely hard time staying focused. The floors are not leveled so you will feel them shake every time someone gets up to walk in and out of the room. I also felt all movement from the people surrounding me (leg shaking, keyboard typing etc.) The center provides headphones but compared to the other locations these are rather thin. They did not cancel out any sounds and I was not able to focus because of the amount of noise (door opening and closing, whispering etc) happening in the room. There are cameras over every station to monitor each person but they have a lady that walks around and hovers over everyone for about a minute or so 2-3 times while you are testing. The long drive also made it a location not worth going to. If you are someone who tests frequently I would suggest the Harwin location, at least the floors are level there.

Came in for testing on 12/10, they were very unorganized, possibly due to being short staffed, employee Karen was very rude and unprofessional. The only other person working was trying his best to get people checked in and processed, he did apologize and provided some explanation to the line of people waiting. I have attended another prometric location for another exam and it was not unorganized like this location. Google doesn’t give the option of zero stars
