Parking lot a bit sketchy, but outside of that it's a great testing center lol. I like how they call the day before to remind you of your appt. Liked that I could arrive early, but relax in the waiting area until I was ready to test. Check-in and check-out very quick and efficient. Seen them cleaning the stations in-between students

I called to ask about testing rules (what kind of materials are allowed) and the man on the phone said brining my electronic book should be fine. So i left my paper copy at home. However when I arrived to the location, the same man told me I wasn't able to bring in electronics. He seemed to be a manager too, a middle age fat man. I'm really not sure why the manager doesn't know his own testing rules, but it cost me an expensive exam. Will be my last time coming to this location

What I experienced in this location has been bothering me so much. This dude working as a receptionist was very rude and grumpy. He told us to be quiet yet he was talking loudly himself. He obviously was not happy working there and trying to get back at us. We have been working so hard spending time and money to chase our dreams yet have to deal with people like him, who might have never taken a serious exam in his life. I was trying to tell myself to keep a good mood for my exam and not to be affected by him. But the testing center really needs to get their customer service together and learn how to respect test takers!

Showed up for a 12pm test. I and about 3 other people were told all tests were canceled due to servers being down from 7am, yet none of us were informed earlier. This is apparently not the first time they've sprung cancelations at the last minute. All this company does is administer computer-based tests, but it's such a POS it regularly has technical issues. If you have another option, use it.

I’m a little particular about my prometric sites. And I’ve been to a number of them— From Knoxville, TN to Phoenix, AZ and CC, TX. This site exceeded my expectations. Chris, Jackie and Pam are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The chairs are comfortable, the headphones are of decent quality, the sign in/out process was easy, the bathroom was immaculate and smelled nice.
I am scheduled to take STEP 1 next week and knowing I’ll be testing here, at a great facility, gives me peace of mind. Which I really appreciate, Thank you!
