The ladies working were friendly the day of my test, however after numerous glitches with my exam (not their fault); Prometric decided to cancel my exam and re-schedule. I was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours with a resolved exam. Its been over a month now and after numerous attempts every week to get ahold of anybody here I have not received a phone call, email, anything. Nobody will call me back. I have a certification that's going to lapse all because nobody here could simply return my calls.

Wish I could give 0 stars. NEVER again! I drove 2 hours from Dallas to take my exam and when I got there, there was a note on the door saying they were closed! NO advance notice AT ALL!! Today was close of test window. And Prometric didn't even care to be professional enough to call and reschedule PRIOR to!

Been to 3 testing centers in total and this has been my best experience so far. The staff was very friendly and the environment was much less anxiety inducing than anything other testing center. Just beware of the small size of the location (only around 15 spots there at a time) and the driving distance. I would take all my tests there in the future if the hour long drives were not a concern.

Someone at the testing center - whether it be staff or testor - stole my Dr Pepper while I was taking my 4 hour exam. Went on my break for my caffeine pick-me-up and the empty can was in the trash.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. All the testing equipment works great. The restrooms are clean and I would recommend testing here.
Its even worth driving out of your way. When you see Burlington look next to it and Prometric is right beside it.
They’re are open majority of the time, especially on Fri, Sat & Sunday.
