after leaving review: I got a rapid response ergo this review.. However, this is rapid response I was looking for while I was in the office.. Staff and Doc let me walk out without rescheduling any follow ups. The staff claimed they THOUGHT they set a follow up APT. (i get it everyone makes mistakes... but the care i received was so butchered throughout the entire visit) (my personal opinion about this office in general, the space is super cramped and has poor airflow( I couldn't breathe well)
Good side: Doc called me from a different country on her vacation just to rely a test results on her time off. I feel she didn't have knowledge of certain commonly used medicinal medicines.... (I think that was sweet of her reach out personally, considering she didn't have to..) everyone did their best, giving them the benefit of the doubt by recognizing their efforts and trying to do right by the best of the offices abilities. special thanks to Dr Margaret and her loyal assistant I forgot his name.
As for the other assistant, the one you can't understand was so unprofessional.. I am personally exasperated,( it is an adjective
it means : intensely irritated and frustrated.) with that lady, guy, it,, whoever the f*** their name is, as for, NO one person should feel such uneasy intensity with their doc office that has personal and sensitive information about them... I am baffled by this offices qualifications... i will be looking into getting this office review by the state. This whole experience has disproportionately affected me and my time. i hope no one goes through the same issue.
Red-top tube: Contains no anticoagulant or preservative.

Use: Serum or clotted whole blood. Serum must be separated from cells within 45 minutes to two hours depending on the test(s). Please refer to the specimen requirements for the test(s) of interest available in the Directory of Services. Send serum in a plastic transport tube.
how was my blood sample sent out before i saw the doc ? the time stamps on my results don't add up especially if they needed to wait 45 to 2 hours to put my blood in their dirty blood separator shaker before they sent it out......
im done losing time over this..... please don't go to this doc office .. you will be wasting your time guaranteed

Cancelled a scheduled test via email with promises to get back to me about next steps within five business days. That was about 21 days ago and still no refund or reschedule information. I can't reschedule without paying a fee and if I cancel I only get a partial refund. This is a global company and there is no excuse for this lack of organization and refusal to assist customers when Prometric cancelled the test themselves.
