The proctor lady is very nice and professional but the manager, Nathan, could use a customer service training. The weirdo checked my ID against nothing, didn't check the paperwork properly and was just chilling while the proctor was trying to multitask everything and check all testers in and out. He's definitely contributed to the testing anxiety. I don't know who hired him, but checking his reference would've been helpful. Shout out to the nice lady who runs the place professionally. I do not recommend going to this center for a while, until this individual gets fired.
