I have scheduled multiple ASE (automotive) tests to be taken here and with an exact date and time through THEIR schedule and i have taken lots of time to prepare, look forward to and drive 20 minutes each way to the testing center. On two or three occasions out of maybe 6 they have been unexpectedly and randomly CLOSED and my appointment cancelled at the last minute. The client should not have to pay and be putting the majority of the effort just because you cant have ONE employee present for the scheduled appointment. I would stay away from this testing center.

Worst Testing center by far. It's cramped, the employees never know what's going on, if you plan in testing or finger printing here pack a lunch and get there 2 hours early, not joking, it's horrible. It hurt the "testing environment" and makes the test anxiety worse.

The two staff members were very helpful and went beyond their usual to assist me in getting my testing done, my application for licensing submitted, and my fingerprinting done! I appreciated their friendliness and expertise.

Absolutely terrible service. They won't answer the phone and I am not able to schedule my time sensitive appointment via the website.

Slowest testing center I’ve ever been to. The people are nice but I don’t know how to justify waiting for over an hour to get in to test when there are 3 employees and only 4 individuals going in to test before me… Other Prometric locations have been literally less than 5 minutes- “hi, let’s see your ID and get you in there”. It’s just baffling.
