COMPLETELY DIVERGENT FROM ETS AND LEGALLY ACCEPTABLE NORMS
This place is UNREAL. After registering for a GRE test with *ETS*, I was subsequently directed to be tested at PROMETRIC test centers. On the website and customer service line for ETS, I was informed that a "valid" identification would be required to be admitted. According to the State, and several other governmental sources, any State-issued identification would suffice. State IDs are valid for a period of FIVE YEARS after expiration. Upon arriving at the PROMETRIC office, I was turned away after offering my one year expired license, alongside my social security card, employment identification card, and credit cards (all of which were UNexpired). As a result, I was forced to forfeit my test fee of over $200USD. Complete BS, totally subjective, and most importantly TOTALLY DIVERGENT FROM ETS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS and legally acceptable deviances. Finally, nowhere does it state ETS refuses expired IDs. ONLY Prometric policy refuses expired ID, and you can't know that until after you get to the office. MORE BS. The worm-like jerk who turned me away refused, utterly, to work with me at all. TYPICAL bureaucratic thieves, matched in levels of bullsh*t only found in institutions such as the federal government.
