Testing here was a great experience. I showed up early and was able to get in before my scheduled time. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was testing within 10 minutes of arriving. Chloe and Mary were so kind and helpful. They made a stressful day much more calm.

I've taken 2 exams at this test center. Both times the customer service was excellent - thorough, professional, and friendly. Sole and Mary were great. 5 stars :)

The staff was fantastic. Very calming and reassuring. Had a panic attack between 2 sections of my test during my break and Ray helped calm me back down and reassured me that I would do great. When I passed they celebrate with me. I took part 1 or 3 this time and had no idea what to expect, now I know when I go back for my other parts what to expect.

10/10 testing experience! The staff were so professional yet so welcoming, and the entire testing environment was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend writing your exam(s) here.

The security protocols were quite complex. The staff were great at directing me gently through the procedure in a way that didn't stress me out right before my test.
