The staff were super sweet and nice. They gave me a reminder call about my testing appointment.
The testing center itself was easy to navigate to, you have lockers to put your stuff in. Please bring a coat and water bottle and a small snack too.
The environment was a nice 70 degrees and was quiet with noise canceling headphones
You are given scratch paper, calculator, and 2 pencils with erasers.
Make sure to bring ID ( drivers license works perfect).

I was extremely nervous before arriving this testing center because of the horrible reviews? however, the two male staffs I met today are both kind and friendly. Thanks to their kindness, I have a great experience today:)
Although there are so many people made appointment at the same times and took a while for routine security check, I still appreciated for their hard works.
I’ll take exams at this testing center next time.

Please ignore any previous negative reviews. This place while not "fancy", is very clean, efficient, friendly and following very careful sanitizing methods! The friendly staff emphasized both security and cleaning procedures and were very efficient moving everyone through the lines. The keyboard and desk were very clean as well!

I feel the need to correct the record. While I understand the bad experience that some people had in the past, the ratings will last FOREVER. So if you had a BAD DAY please keep in mind that screeching forth a terrible rating that stays on the Internet in perpetuity may not be helpful to the people who will read the review 6 months, one year, or 6 years from now. SOOOOOO. I had a respectable experience with this Prometric Testing Center. The two individuals working the counter were polite, professional, and friendly. I had a pleasant encounter with the staff and I found parking was readily available. Which is a 3-1/2 star at very least. I am giving a five star rating to try to right ancient wrongs.

Not the most fun place to be, but the staff is extremely helpful. If your exam is at 8am come at 7:15 and skip the line! Don’t bring a large bag since the lockers are small. I’d also bring your own water bottle—one that is short and can fit in a locker. Another tip is to bring ear plugs so you don’t get distracted when people are coming and leaving the rooms. Lastly, after the exam is over…grab a margarita and drown your sorrows!
