No idea why this place has such a bad rep. Gave my step 3 here which is a 2 day exam. Both days went smooth. The staff was polite, punctual and efficient.

I am not sure why this place has so many negative reviews but I feel compelled to add a positive review. I just took a 2-day test there this past weekend, and found it to be a very pleasant testing experience. The employees were all kind, courteous, and professional. They made taking breaks quick and efficient, and the testing room was the perfect temperature (not too hot or too cold, doesn't distract from the focus on the test). I was able to start my test early both days and the chairs were comfortable. In terms of covid precautions, they were very careful with appropriately sanitizing things like pens, locker keys, cubbies, etc, and the chairs in the waiting room were specifically spaced out. Everybody wore masks. The building itself is not immaculate, but it's a testing center, not a day spa.

They canceled my test, that was scheduled a month and a half prior, the evening before with no real reason/excuse. It was a Saturday morning appointment. Unacceptable
