The customer service is absolute trash. I would give this place 0/5 rating if it was possible. I have been on hold with customer service for over 2 hours each day for a week just trying to get my test results back and find out if they sent my certificate yet. It has been 6 and a half weeks since I took the test, this is ridiculous.

The staff is so nice and the testing area are so peaceful. Surely, everybody will pass their exams there.
