Staff was very professional and helped me feel somewhat at ease taking my test. I would not be afraid to test again there with the same staff.

Very disappointed in my experience with PearsonVue to take the PE Exam. My appointment was canceled by Pearson the day before the exam without any email / phone notice. After noticing the change on my own, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to reschedule. On exam day, the staff was friendly and the exam room was quiet, however they had technical problems. My computer "broke" during my scheduled lunch break and it took staff 10+ minutes to figure out how to switch my test progress to a different computer. Had I not taken a shorter than allowed test break, my test timer would have started again due to Pearson's mistake. Very stressful experience for an already stressful exam.

I went in there admittedly a bit anxious and irritated because I was taking a pretty important exam, and I was extremely relieved to find that every single staff member was polite, courteous, and professional. I tested at Prometric down in Greenwood Village a number of times for other exams and this Pearson location blew them out of the water. Staff members from Prometric should observe how the staff here operate. Anyway, shout out to the folks who work there - you guys were amazing!

The best testing facility I have been to in the area! Staff is extremely friendly and professional, test procedures are practiced and adhered to, and testing room is quiet and comfortable. I arrived 15 minutes early for my test and was checked in and taken to the testing room right away.

I went there for testing. They were kind. They were also helpful and caring. They have to enforce rules and so they come across a little harsh but they really are not.
