Very disappointed in my experience with PearsonVue to take the PE Exam. My appointment was canceled by Pearson the day before the exam without any email / phone notice. After noticing the change on my own, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to reschedule. On exam day, the staff was friendly and the exam room was quiet, however they had technical problems. My computer "broke" during my scheduled lunch break and it took staff 10+ minutes to figure out how to switch my test progress to a different computer. Had I not taken a shorter than allowed test break, my test timer would have started again due to Pearson's mistake. Very stressful experience for an already stressful exam.
