Everyone here was professional, helpful in direction, and pleasant which made the testing experience a smooth process. The room is comfy and spaced out. I would test here for any exam. Make sure you are on time with all required items.

New to the office. Dr. Ginsberg, Neurologist - excellent doctor, very thorough. But, as with any good thing, we have to wait a good while. However, I prefer to wait, than to meet a doctor that barely looks at me and walks out while I'm still trying to explain myself- he is Not that type. He's patient and reviews your records, and listens to your concerns. Dr. Paul Ginsberg is a genuine caring doctor, that wants to get to the root of the issue, not just throw a band-aid. Excellent, Professional doctor.

Today, 2/11/22, I tested for an exam. Although the workers were pleasant, the testing room was not quite. The noise from the 3rd floor was annoying. One of the workers enter the room a about 10 times , thus the noise of the door opening and walking of heavy feet.

Maria, who assisted me at check-in was rude and not pleasant upon arriving. I was informed that I should have arrived 30 minutes prior (which I already knew), but I cannot anticipate a collision when commuting over 45 minutes from Boynton Beach, FL. She needs to be more pleasant with test takers as it is already nerve wrecking coming in for an examination. Additionally it was quite offensive making a remark about my tattoo on my wrist. Overall unprofessional and refuse to ever come back here for testing.
