Took my CBEST and a CEST at this location. They're very thorough in their COVID procedures. They're a bit uptight about checking your pockets and socks and even inspected the frames of my glasses! But I can appreciate the professionalism and consistency in their procedures. The rooms are spacious enough that even though there can be several test-takers in there you still have plenty of space and you're not distracted by them. They offered me earplugs, too, which was nice since you can't bring anything of your own in there. The rooms are a bit chilly so bring a layer if you're taking a long test.

I had trouble getting my credential exam when they first didn't accept my ID, then for the Math CSET credential was told I was not allowed a calculator.
The employees were nice and firm about sticking to the rules.

I had a very good experience with pearson center at lake Ave Pasadena ca! Very cheerful but professional in their dealings with candidates! Check in process took me less than 10minutes and am I was ready for the exams!
