Terrible experience, proctor was 10 minutes late to exam with a check in time 40 minutes ahead of time. Software states they will communicate prior to the exam start via voice, chat and phone. Got admitted to the exam without communication only to be ejected because of a headset I didn't know wasn't allowed. They start a case and communicate nothing as to its status despite stating they'll communicate. Terrible experience cannot recommend against this company enough. They've monopolized the exam space and the world is worse off because of it.

They have the worst customer service and do not handle grievances as they are supposed to. None of my issues were delt with and all they told me was take my test again after issues were all their fault. Ridiculous company that just wants your money. They should be shut down. I'm giving it zero stars but I cant leave a review without doing one star. They think its acceptable for a testing candidate to abuse me and for the nae to watch and allow it while also making us test on broken equipment.

This place has to be the most unorganized, chaotic stressful work enviroments ever. Most staff started as temps. The ofc is very laid back in terms of dress code and not to demanding regarding starting times or assigning work. The number one existing problem is how often candidates applications or payments of checks and money orders are lost or temporarily out of sight. At any given time an application/payment will go missing and take hours to find or a candidate will call to check their status pertaining to their application and God Bless them because most times, it just wasn't processed or its hidden within someone's desk. Most applications are not processed within the 2day period and the absolute worst is their system called ICE! its counterproductive and just a pain to work with. Great for overtime but workers come & Go

This company is a joke. Had an abysmal experience taking an expensive board exam remotely, software doesn’t work 80% or the time requiring multiple restarts, there is no phone number for a support line, chat doesn’t work, online chat says I’ve been #1 in queue for a long while.

You won't find the number on the website and once you find it and call, expect to wait on hold for about 20-60 min. It's easy to register for your test but the rest of the site isn't user friendly such as booking an appointment. Disappointed.
