Prometric testing services, great experience. Received a phone call on the day of the test saying I could come in earlier than the appointment time, and three emails and a text message the day before, reminding me of the test. The email gives details about the rules, the directions and entrance to location. My test day was Saturday (so happy Saturday was available) so I was able to go in a few hours earlier than the appointment which was nice. Surprisingly, the verified test results posted within about 30 minutes of the test to the regulatory agency. Received email also of the test results from the regulatory agency. Staff was very nice and actually made me feel welcome even though I was nervous for the test. Clean restrooms. Nice quiet environment with noise canceling headphones. Free ample parking. Hand sanitizer and filtered cold water available.

I’ve been to the Dunwoody and Athens testing center, but this Prometrics is the best one by far. They called to remind me that I was testing that day and that I could come in earlier if I wanted. They also gave detailed instructions on where to park and where they were located inside the building which was super helpful considering that the construction around the lot made it kinda confusing. Everyone working there was super nice which puts you a little more at ease before taking a stressful exam.

Utter chaos. ETS should cancel their relationship with this unprofessional test center. BEWARE: Go to another location!
I'm a seasoned test taker/ test coach, therefore, I did pass my exam anyway 🤪 in spite of the staff and their chaotic irresponsible environment.

Great place but give yourself an extra 15 minutes to find it! The road that Maps tells you to take is completely inaccessible from construction so you have to drive around another way.

Do not use this location!! There is construction next door, very limited parking, and they do not require masks. (during covid/flu/rsv season...go figure) I had a testing time of 8am. Got there at 7:30 as instructed. Due to construction next door, there was a power outage until almost 7 and it wiped their servers out. I sat there for TWO hours, in a stifling hot room full of unmasked people, then finally gave up. Their IT department must be extremely inept. There definitely wasn't a sense of urgency in getting it fixed.
I eventually had to go back to work, and due to holiday scheduling, won't be able to test again until after January 1st. It's too bad Prometric is the only company doing this type of testing. I cannot, in good faith, give them anything but a horrible review.
If this location can't do better than this, they should be closed.
