Horrible!! My friend just had a horrible degrading experience there. She is a physician and she had to take her certifying exam. But she was disrespected and degraded and treated like a child. A staff named Latrice with her assistant harassed me before my exam. They were discriminatory and disrespectful. These two should not be anywhere near professionals, students, or exam taker for their rude unprofessional behavior which really affects your overall experience at the test center and the test. I will escalate this abuse and harassment.
