I would not recommend this testing center. The lady who "helped" me, Morgan, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask her questions before my exam, she kept repeating the same thing and refused to listen to what I was actually asking and was dismissive of my concerns. Additionally, she refused to engage in any type of small talk. Ofc it's not required, but it would help considering you work at a testing center with anxious students. Completely ruined my testing experience.

Rep who spoke with me didnt even provide her name and was very rude and unprofessional. I was calling to inquire about something and she said “you are calling the wrong place, i cant help you with that” and rudely hungup before i could ask her if she could provide contact information. Definitely do not recommend speaking with reps here if they are all this rude.

Wanted to use the restroom after driving 2 hours to get here .no other restroom except the one in the testing center. Staff refused to let me use their facilities. I had to drive down the road to find a place, unfortunately before getting there I had an accident in my pants. I understand they have rules and regulations, but this was just ridiculous, they should really reconsider their policies and procedures especially for people with special needs.

So I saw a few negative reviews about the staff and thought maybe it was just people hard to please but after going there today for testing I must say ... The folks working there are drier than sand ... Like robots they are ... lol ... There was 1 guy that at least responded to what I said ... Everyone else just blank stares ... It was a nice testing sight though ... Just maybe give a few classes in personality to the staff 🤗
