These people are very professional. I liked my experience with them. I take 8 hours test in this center and they checked me 7 times with every break I took. They also friendly and respectful. Sure I will take my next exam with them and invite everyone to do the same.

I've tested at this facility multiple times. Yesterday, the staff was unprofessional. I was placed in station 1 and every time the male facilitator brought someone in the room he was talking. It was very distracting. At one point there was an issue with a computer so the female facilitator entered the room on the phone. Talking and walking back and forth. It was hot in the room and wearing the big headphones was not comfortable. The people using this facility pay money to be there, and it would be appreciated if the environment was modern, professional and controlled.
