I am from Albuquerque. I scheduled an exam weeks in advance at this location because there wasn't any availability in Albuquerque or Santa Fe until the end of August. My dad was off of work and we were planning to stay overnight in Las Cruces. Yesterday I received an appointment reminder by email, so I was all set. But then, I received an email early this morning saying my appointment was canceled. It was less than 48 hours before the exam, and the day after I received an appointment reminder.
When I called to ask why they canceled, the person on the phone said "We decided to cancel the appointment," which wasn't a reason. She kept giving me that response every time that I asked. After pushing to get an answer, she said, "I'm not at the liberty to tell you that." She then said that the test center is open but all the appointments after 6 pm were cancelled, but still refused to say why. The way this Las Cruces prometric location handled the whole thing was unprofessional and unacceptable. I am never scheduling an appointment at this location again.
