I am from Albuquerque. I scheduled an exam weeks in advance at this location because there wasn't any availability in Albuquerque or Santa Fe until the end of August. My dad was off of work and we were planning to stay overnight in Las Cruces. Yesterday I received an appointment reminder by email, so I was all set. But then, I received an email early this morning saying my appointment was canceled. It was less than 48 hours before the exam, and the day after I received an appointment reminder.
When I called to ask why they canceled, the person on the phone said "We decided to cancel the appointment," which wasn't a reason. She kept giving me that response every time that I asked. After pushing to get an answer, she said, "I'm not at the liberty to tell you that." She then said that the test center is open but all the appointments after 6 pm were cancelled, but still refused to say why. The way this Las Cruces prometric location handled the whole thing was unprofessional and unacceptable. I am never scheduling an appointment at this location again.

They were very proffesional and welcoming and the facility is easy to find. They called me in advance to confirm the appointment. I had a really good experience overall

My mom had gone in to take a test and she had payed to take her exam in Spanish she came home very mad because the workers there are rude once again may I say rude no manners she had said she only speaks Spanish but the lady being rude didn’t care and treated her like trash what type of service is this i say to either fix this issue because that isn’t a way to treat another person who treats somebody so rude the lady had said yes or no and was getting mad at her for not answering to a question that once again my mom didn’t understand cause she doesn’t know english
