Very professional.
The testing center is on the 7th floor, small, clean and quiet. The front desk people are very nice, courteous and professional. They even made sure to ask if you want to use the restroom before your exam.
Took my CompTIA exam here, will definitely take it again at this location.

My experience at this testing center (on the 7th floor) was exceptional! Mrs.Linda was beyond accommodating; coming in a few hours early before opening time just to make sure I started my exam during the time frame given to her by my professors. She was very welcoming, professional and courteous! The office is clean, water and snacks are available and noise cancellation head phones work great (for those who are sound sensitive during exams)
I was slighty anxious coming into the testing center to take an exit exam, but Linda put me into better spirits after a few words of encouragement and a quick prayer! Best testing center in houston by far!

The building itself is very nice and quiet. However the front desk lady who works in Pearson Vue on the 7th floor was inappropriate and unprofessional. She pried about my religious beliefs and projected her own onto me unprovoked. That is extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this testing center as I do not want to be religiously targeted. I was very uncomfortable.

Clean, calm, quiet environment, very easy to focus in. Provides lockers. Easy to access location. Good service.

Thank y'all so much for creating such an awesome experience in taking an online test! I really appreciated how the provided scratch papers were laminated. My handwriting is terrible but the laminated sheets along with the fine point map marker made my scratch work legible and clean.
I'll definitely be back soon for the next 2 E-proctored tests I have to take!
