I am motivated to give a good review since some of the reviews I read before coming scared me. The employees were friendly and nice. The place was clean, including the restrooms. The location felt safe, and I was able to easily find parking in an unmarked spot. I do suggest arriving 30 minutes before your test time. It says this online on the ticket, but maybe some people miss this. They do provide a free locker to store your items that are not allowed in the testing room. If I ever have to test again, I would return to this place.

The staff, Don and Althea, were amazing today. I've been here once before for another exam and the second time was just as good as the first. Great staff and clean test environment.

Staff is really helpful and friendly. Parking is easy, just park in the spots where there are no signs. I don’t know why others are saying this place is terrible but that wasn’t my experience at all. I recommend this center to anyone who has to take an exam.

Let me preface by saying that it is a very nice testing center, but the staff is curt and unfriendly. Honestly, rude is a better word for it. I have used this center multiple times for various tests, but I'll think hard about doing it again. The man who works the front counter asked me if I needed to use the bathroom before the test. I said yes and then he told me that I needed to hurry up then because they are ready for me. The lady who checks you in is as discourteous and unpleasant as they come.

The ladies are extremely rude here. She cared more about eating her chikfila for lunch than anything. She doesn’t like checking people in and she causes the anxiety you already have on test day to sky rocket. I don’t recommend testing here if you have a lot of test anxiety because she will make you cry. I was a mess in the middle of my exam and she would roll her eyes at me anytime I came out of the room. This woman needs to be fired immediately. She enjoys making people feel terrible on a day that is extremely important for them.
